RN Clinic Manager

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

For immediate hire, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various nursing specialties including addiction medicine, psychiatry, rehabilitation/detox management. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the health and safety of our patients in a dynamic medical environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise the medical unit in a new multidisciplinary hybrid inpatient/outpatient practice.
• Have 24 hour oversight of daily operations including scheduling and throughput.
• Must have experience with outpatient laboratory blood draws and urine drug screening.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress in medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management, acute pain management, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support individuals in recovery by providing tailored nursing interventions.
• Utilize Alleva software for efficient patient record management and communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 3 years management or director level experience in nursing is required.
• Preferred experience in addiction related fields, primary care, or urgent care settings.
• Proficiency in creating protocols, and organizing workflow activities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Alleva is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
