Job Overview
Restored Hope Recovery is an 8-10 private bed residential treatment provider in Mesa, Arizona. Responsibilities
The staff will be responsible to grow and supervise our clinical team to deliver behavioral health services to adults diagnosed with Substance Specific or co-occurring disorders.
Our program involves an interdisciplinary team, including director of nursing, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health technicians. This position job has administrative responsibilities and clinical responsibilities, with reasonable expectations to grow our services to our client population. Our existing program offers counseling services, medication services, residential services, skill development, CBT programming, and a 12 step support services.
As a key part of the team, the staff is responsible for following clinical policies and procedures that help the organization maintain compliance with industry standards and health care laws and regulations. In the training capacity, the staff provides bi-monthly clinical oversight sessions and training to staff members of the facility so that they can adhere to policies and procedures and enhance their skills in the daily performance of their jobs.
This position is responsible for establishing and monitoring treatment plans for all clients, within the agency. This position ensures that each client served by the agency will receive quality therapeutic care while adhering to the Accreditation Standards and federal and state licensing.
Qualifications
- Current active Professional Counselor or Associate Counselor License in Arizona
- A minimum of Master’s Degree in Counselling or related field
- Preferred; Two years of experience in a supervisory position with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Preferred; Five years’ experience providing counseling or mental health services
