Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate, motivated mental health professionals who enjoy working with older adults.
This opportunity allows you to provide meaningful, one-on-one counseling services to residents in assisted living and long-term care communities while enjoying the freedom to create a schedule that works for you.
Applicants must currently hold an active LPC or LCSW license. Provisional licenses and LMSW credentials are not accepted for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to older adults
- Complete initial and annual clinical assessments
- Help residents navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, and adjustment concerns
- Collaborate with facility care teams to support resident well-being
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation

Required Qualifications
- Active, fully licensed LPC or LCSW required
