What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced painter/ Forman position at Restore with Ward?
Looking for experienced painters to join our team as interior forman, typical work week is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, however depending on the job, hours can fluctuate. Must be willing to work weekend shifts.
Must be able to maintain professional conduct on job site, both with fellow co-workers and our clients who may be present.
Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to run jobs proficiently and smoothly with crew.
Ability to paint professionally with an 'attention to detail'.
Ability to work on ladders.
Ability to bend, crouch, stand and kneel for long durations of time.
Operate a paint sprayer and pressure washer (We can also educate on the proper operation of equipment).
Ability to work indoor, and outdoors.
Have your own transportation to and from jobsites or shop.
Proper Maintenance of equipment, Paint Brushes, Rollers, etc.
Wearing appropriate work attire (We will provide this typically a week after hire date...shirts and hoodies)
Periodic Performance Reviews
Pass a potential background check
Pass a phone interview, and an in-person interview.
