Position Overview
The Paving Laborer supports asphalt paving and restoration operations in the field. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving and site preparation
- Support crew members with daily restoration tasks
- Operate small tools and equipment as assigned
- Follow job schedules and safety procedures
- Maintain equipment and keep job sites organized
- Perform additional duties as directed
Work includes lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods, and working in varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- 1 year of construction or paving experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well on a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (Saturdays during peak seasons)
- 50 hours during busy months
- Early start times (typically 6:30 AM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
