Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Restore Skin & Wellness is a growing, patient-focused medical aesthetics practice seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We are looking for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-driven, high-standard practice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers)
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and follow-up care
• Educate patients on skincare and additional services
• Assist in building and maintaining a loyal patient base
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold clinic standards in cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• Participate in marketing efforts (social media, events, before/after documentation)

Qualifications:

• Active NP, PA, or MD License (Florida)
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience preferred (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin & Fillers)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and outcomes

Preferred:

• Experienced in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic
• Familiarity with EMR systems and scheduling platforms
• Passion for continued education and advanced techniques
