Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative who is hungry, hard-working, and ready to make an impact. This is an entry-level sales role on the ground floor of our commercial team. You will own the RESTORE-Skills sales motion to new skilled nursing facility partners, bringing our platform to operators who haven’t yet experienced it. Fully remote with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Own the Full Sales Cycle. Run RESTORE-Skills sales end to end: outbound, discovery, demo, and close.
- Net-New Acquisition. Bring new SNF operators into the RESTORE family, expanding our reach into regional and independent operators across the country.
- Pipeline Velocity. Build and run a high-velocity pipeline. Skills sells fast, and volume of meaningful conversations is the engine.
- Pricing Discipline. Hold the line on pricing. Show prospects the value, not the discount.
Pipeline & Prospecting
- Targeted Outreach. Build a named-account target list of regional and independent SNF operators outside our current footprint.
- Discovery That Matters. Run discovery calls that uncover real pain (staffing pressure, engagement gaps, regulatory needs) and tie RESTORE-Skills directly to the answer.
- Demo Mastery. Deliver demos that bring the platform to life and show how Skills changes the day for therapy teams, activities staff, and residents.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Platform Expertise. Become a true expert on RESTORE-Skills. Know it cold.
- Operator Fluency. Speak the language of SNF operators, executive directors, and rehab leaders.
- Market Intelligence. Feed pricing, objection, and competitive intel back to leadership weekly.
Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Partnership. Work closely with Customer Success, Clinical, Marketing, and Product to ensure new customers land smoothly.
- CRM Discipline. Use HubSpot to track every account and every deal. Clean pipeline, honest forecast.
- Smooth Handoff. Partner with Customer Success to hand off new customers with the context they need to thrive from day one.
Qualifications
The Basics
- SaaS Sales Experience. 2 to 4 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally SMB or mid-market.
- Recognizable Track Record. Experience at a well-known SaaS company with a credible product.
- Self-Starter. You operate with minimal day-to-day supervision and build your own pipeline.
- Healthcare Experience. Welcome but not required. SaaS DNA matters more than industry background.

- Tech-Savvy. Comfortable with HubSpot (or another CRM), Slack, and Google Suite.
- Organized. Able to prioritize, multi-task, and manage activity across many prospects at once.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $55K to $70K with uncapped variable compensation. Target OTE $120K. The more you sell, the more you earn.
