Key Responsibilities Sales, Lead Conversion & Membership Growth
- Make outbound calls daily to warm leads, inquiries, and past clients with the goal of booking appointments and converting interest into memberships.
- Use open-ended discovery questions to understand client goals and confidently recommend the best membership or package.
- Present membership options first, then packages, before moving to single services—based on client goals and long-term outcomes.
- Consistently drive membership closes, Core service utilization, and upgrade opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Pre-book clients into recurring appointments, supporting consistent usage and better wellness outcomes.
- Help fill the schedule by identifying openings and proactively booking clients into those gaps.
- Confirm upcoming appointments, follow up on missed bookings, and support rebooking efforts.
- Assist with high-volume scheduling, rescheduling, and booking coordination across services.
- Become an expert on every service—Core, Medical, and Esthetics.
- Explain service benefits, safety considerations, pairing recommendations, and usage frequency with confidence.
- Refer clients appropriately to our Medical or Esthetic teams for advanced services.
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional, wellness-focused experience from start to finish.
- Onboard new clients through medical waivers, intake forms, and POS profile creation.
- Conduct engaging studio tours that highlight our offerings and membership value.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized environment—including laundry, service room resets, sanitization, and overall studio upkeep.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Support team culture by modeling positivity, effort, and alignment with Restore’s mission.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support studio operations.
- 1 years of sales-focused customer service in wellness, med spa, fitness, tanning, or membership environments
- Comfortable making outbound calls and confidently asking for the booking
- Strong consultative sales skills: open-ended questions, needs-based recommendations, and confident membership presentation
- High initiative, self-motivation, and time management
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability
- Genuine passion for wellness and helping others improve their health
- Education or background in kinesiology, personal training, esthetics, or health sciences
- Experience selling memberships or recurring service programs
