What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning
• Managing technicians and crew chiefs
• Scheduling crews and overseeing job production
• Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
• Monitoring job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines
• Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners
• Developing and mentoring production staff
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who already understands restoration operations and enjoys leading teams.

• A Crew Chief ready to step into leadership
• A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems

Requirements

✔ Restoration industry experience

✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving ability

✔ Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and crews

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Total compensation $75K Bonus
