Responsibilities
- Performing consultations and administering the following: HydraFacials (Face & Body), Oxygen Facials, Neveskin (Face & Body), Hydropeptide, Jan Marini, Dermaflash and Dermapore We occasionally add new services to our menu, so this list will be expanding!
- Develop business operations skills and maintain your client base and wellness community through education, events, social media, and other marketing tools
- Maintaining accurate records, and detailed notes of each session
- Team collaboration to ensure make our clients feel seen and special
- Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
- Marketing lead follow ups calls and texts, including proactively reaching out to new and existing client base to get them booked
- Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained according to Board requirements
- Mastering consultations in order to provide an excellent and valuable client experience, ensuring the client receives proper up front expectations and recommendations based on their individual needs
- Selling and promoting Restore’s esthetic services and products to existing and new clients by creating personalized treatment plans and providing education on benefits and frequency
- Cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services; must gain additional knowledge on all services Restore offers in order to make proper recommendations
- Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
- Educating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience
- Being an exemplary team player. Assisting team with store operations in down time, including but not limited to: greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to book or check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
- You consistently show up with a positive, can-do attitude, ready to help your team and clients achieve their mission.
- You have a current Esthetician license in the state of TX.
- Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
- You have a business growth mindset, and are confident in your ability to consult clients and hit sales goals.
- You are flexible with your schedule, according to our operating hours, and are available to consistently work weekend shifts. Additional hours may be earned through special events.
