Compensation
- Base salary plus commission with earning potential of $70,000–$85,000 per year
- The better your projects perform, the more you earn

- Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Build schedules and keep projects on track for time and budget
- Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors
- Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and job quality
- Schedule subcontractors and coordinate materials as needed
- Keep project documentation accurate and up to date
- Solve problems early before they turn into delays or cost overruns
- Make sure customers have a smooth, professional experience from start to finish
- 4 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects
- Experience running multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage deadlines without constant oversight
- Experience with budgets, scheduling, subcontractors, and job costing
- Leadership mindset and willingness to take full ownership of your projects
- Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check (covering records from age 18)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to work in-person in the greater Salem, OR area
