Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in Northville, MI or Birmingham, MI. This position is responsible for welcoming clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and providing clear information about Restore services and wellness modalities. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, maintaining studio cleanliness, membership and package sales and processing payments. The role also involves supporting client satisfaction by answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, and coordinating with wellness staff to ensure a smooth, positive experience. The Client Services Representative contributes to a clean, well-organized center environment and may assist with basic administrative and membership-related duties.
Qualifications
- Client-facing expertise, including strong Client Services and Customer Service skills focused on building trust and rapport.
- Excellent Communication abilities, such as clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Experience supporting Customer Satisfaction, including handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Basic Finance-related skills, including processing payments, managing memberships, and handling point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a wellness or retail setting; prior experience in health, fitness, or hospitality is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends, and to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or health-related fields is a plus.
- College degree relating to health and wellness, exercise science or similar subjects is preferred
