This Role Is Different

At Restore, our core business is hyper wellness — cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV drips, infrared saunas, and medical services. Esthetics is a growing and valued part of what we offer, but it operates differently than a traditional spa. You won't have a manager hovering over your schedule or handing you a full book of clients. You'll have a supportive team, a beautiful studio, and real infrastructure — but you will largely own your own success.

If you've built a clientele from scratch before, thrive without micromanagement, and know how to close a client on a treatment pack without flinching, keep reading. If you're looking for a place to be handed clients and told what to do each day, this isn't the right fit. This is a full-time position with flexibility.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow your own book of business within an established wellness studio
• Manage your own follow-ups and check-ins to build client loyalty and trust
• Deliver high-quality facials, body treatments, and esthetic services
• Consult with clients, design treatment plans, and close them on packages and retail products
• Cross-sell Restore's broader wellness therapies to enhance client outcomes
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold sanitation and compliance standards
• Show up as a self-directed professional who contributes to studio culture without needing day-to-day direction

Who You Are

• A licensed esthetician in the state of Utah with at least 3 years of real-world experience — not counting school
• Someone who has successfully built their own clientele in a previous role
• Proven at selling — treatment packages, retail products, memberships — and comfortable closing
• Entrepreneurial by nature: you track your own numbers, set your own goals, and hold yourself accountable
• A self-starter who sees a slow day as an opportunity, not a reason to wait around
• Collaborative and professional — you'll be part of a team even if your lane is your own

Preferred: Hydrafacial and/or Neveskin/Cryoskin certification or experience
