Role Overview


As a Restore Expert youll be the face of the studiocreating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Location: Kirkland/Issaquah
Job Type: Part Time
Compensation: $21-$25
Schedule: Weekdays and a minimun of 3 weekend days per month

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restores wellness services
• Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
• Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
• Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
• Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, and precautions
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restores core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Expert
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1 year in customer service (required).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Passionalte about health and wellness
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.
