- Recruit, interview, and onboard new nursing talent in partnership with the General Manager.
- Manage RN schedules and facilitate training/development for the nursing team.
- Lead regular meetings and disseminate policy updates from the corporate medical team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to ensure high-quality care.
- Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM Injections to deliver vital nutrients to clients.
- Educate clients on the science and benefits of our innovative modalities.
- Manage medical supply inventory and maintain a pristine, compliant clinical environment.
- Utilize EMR systems to document client journeys and communicate with our Medical Director.
- Licensed: You are a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license and BLS certification.
- Experienced: You have 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or Medical Aesthetics. Sales Experience is a plus.
- Skilled: You have at least 1 year of experience administering injections and feel confident with IV starts.
- A Natural Leader: You are outgoing, ethical, and enjoy coaching others to success.
