What are the responsibilities and job description for the Esthetician Wellness Studio position at Restore Hyper Wellness - Kansas City, MO?
Benefits
At Restore Hyper Wellness in Clearwater/Seminole, esthetics isn't a back-room service — it's a core part of how we serve our members. You'll work alongside a front-of-house team, engage with studio members who haven't yet discovered our skin services, and play an active role in growing that side of the business. If you're an esthetician who loves the craft and loves the energy of a busy wellness studio, this is the role for you.
This is not a heads-down, close-the-door position. It's for someone who lights up when they can introduce a member to a treatment that changes how they feel about their skin — and then follows up to make sure it sticks.
What You'll Do
You've built your own clientele before. You don't wait for the book to fill itself. You see a member hanging out in the lobby and you think that's an opportunity — not that's not my job. You're comfortable picking up the phone, sending a follow-up text, and being part of a team that holds each other accountable.
If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
A note on our application
We include a few short questions to get to know you before we reach out. There are no trick questions — we just want to hear how you think and work. Most applicants answer in 3–5 sentences per question.
