Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Studio Sales Manager to help spread our message of Hyper Wellness® and create memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Sales and Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with chiropractors, pain medicine doctors, physicians, alternative doctors, high schools, employers, gyms, clubs, event centers, and local businesses etc.
- Drive referrals and sell memberships, packages and individual services, in alignment with client’s wellness goals, inside the studio and at grassroots events
- Go above and beyond the sales quota
- Collaborate with the Owner, GMs, and Hyper Wellness Representatives and other team members to align sales and marketing efforts with sales goals
- Nurture leads. Call, call, call. Travel, meet, meet. Email, email, email. Achieve outcomes.
- Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications
- Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle
Qualities and qualifications you need to succeed as a Studio Sales Manager
- 3 years of experience in sales in health and wellness industry
- You’re passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness
- You’re a numbers and quota-driven person and beat the quotas
- You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Available evenings and weekends, if needed
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- You’re driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals and quotas for yourself and your team.
