Position Summary
Provide school-based outpatient mental health services while collaborating with students, families, educators, and community providers. We are seeking to hire a school based therapist to service elementary schools.
What you can expect:
· Productivity 25 hours per week
· Ability to earn bonus pay
· In-house clinical supervision (weekly group and individual) to keep you on track
· Caseload management support

Responsibilities
Provide therapy; complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation; deliver evidence-based care; collaborate with schools and families; participate in supervision; maintain productivity and compliance.
Qualifications
Required: Master's degree, Pennsylvania license or eligibility, required clearances, strong clinical and organizational skills. Preferred: School-based experience, child/adolescent experience, trauma-informed care, CBT/DBT/TF-CBT. Must be able to verify accrued supervision hours from past supervisors.
