What are the responsibilities and job description for the Texas Licensed Professional Counselor position at Restore Behavioral Health?
Restore Behavioral Health has an immediate opening for a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A), who is interested in a long-term career as a staff therapist with a San Antonio based behavioral health group practice.
Location:
This position is full-time and primarily in person at our San Antonio clinic location, with some hybrid opportunities depending upon clinic demand for telehealth visits.
Duties:
The therapist position will provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in person at our beautiful Alamo Heights clinic utilizing psychoeducational, family systems, supportive, and cognitive behavioral treatment approaches.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a license as an LPC, LCSW, or LPC-A in the state of Texas in good standing
* Have completed a Master's Degree from an accredited University in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
* Have a genuine desire to be part of a clinical team and collaborate with other clinicians on maximizing treatment outcomes for our patients.
* Be able to serve our patients with dependable attendance/availability
* Have a natural passion for helping patients in the behavioral health field
Reimbursement:
LPC/LCSW: 70% Insurance Allowable
LPC-As: :$35 per visit
* This position enjoys the stability of a steady base pay every two weeks with the upside potential of additional earnings based on the clinician's productivity.
