Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at RESTORE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, PLLC, located in San Antonio, TX. The counselor will provide individual and group therapy sessions, assess client mental health needs, create tailored treatment plans, and document clinical progress in compliance with professional standards. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with a team of mental health professionals and may participate in case consultations. While the role is based in San Antonio, there are opportunities for remote work as part of our hybrid model.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling and therapeutic skills, specifically related to assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based individual and group therapy
- Interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities to foster trust and establish therapeutic alliances
- Case management and documentation skills, ensuring accurate client records and adherence to compliance standards
- Knowledge of mental health care regulations, ethical practices, and confidentiality standards
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Active Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas
- Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to supporting clients
- Prior experience in a clinical, outpatient, or community mental health setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a hybrid (in-office and remote) environment
