What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Restore and Build Construction of Nevada?
Looking to hire an entry level Project Manager for a construction and restoration company. Training will be provided for a motivated individual.
RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:
- Job site inspections to gather detailed information in order to provide accurate estimate to clients following appropriate company protocols.
- Schedule and oversee job sites to include employees, contractors for effectiveness and timely completion
- Communicate and provide updates to administration departments regarding ongoing jobs
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive residential and commercial construction project management experience
- Strong Xactimate estimating experience
- Insurance industry experience
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
