Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and other team members.
- Provide training and support to families on behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification and state licensure as required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
