Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Radiologic Technologist located in Novi and Brighton, MI. The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. In this role, you will operate radiologic equipment, prepare patients for imaging exams, and assist physicians with accurate imaging results. Additionally, the position requires upholding all radiation safety standards, maintaining equipment, and keeping comprehensive records of performed procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in operating radiologic imaging equipment and performing imaging procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety guidelines and an understanding of imaging techniques specific to diagnostic radiology.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records.
- Experience in patient care, ensuring safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Valid Radiologic Technologist certification and license as required by state regulations.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, splitting time between in-office and remote work.
- CPR certification and familiarity with medical terminology are beneficial.
