Role Description

Restorative Integrations is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist for full time and part-time position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role offers the flexibility to work both in-person in our cozy office and some remotely, providing individual therapy within an EMDR-focused practice.

We welcome applications from both licensed and unlicensed clinicians, as long as you have completed EMDR training through an EMDRIA-approved provider.**

al supervision by a Qualified Supervisor for clinical mental health registered interns, as well as consultation hours toward EMDR Certification.

A passion for working with trauma, attachment wounds, and relational healing
Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to high-quality client care
Interest in working collaboratively within a boutique, integrative practice

Qualifications
Completion of EMDR Basic Training through an EMDRIA-approved provider (required) *or scheduled to take it within 60 days.
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field
Active license in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) OR currently pursuing licensure (Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns welcome to apply).
Experience or strong interest in trauma-focused care, attachment work, and neurobiology of trauma.
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a small, values-driven team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability
to manage clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner
