Overview
Restorative Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Manager to lead lab operations, team performance, and case execution. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent on-time delivery, high-quality restorations, and efficient workflows across the lab.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can bring structure, drive accountability, and build a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lab operations, including case flow, scheduling, and production timelines
- Ensure all cases meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Lead and develop a team of technicians and department leads
- Implement and enforce systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (turnaround times, remake rates, productivity)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors regarding lab cases and timelines
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
- Manage lab costs and operate within budget targets
Qualifications
- 5 years of dental lab experience, including hands-on technical work
- 5 years of leadership or lab management experience
- Strong understanding of lab workflows, including digital/CAD-CAM processes
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive accountability
- Experience implementing systems and improving operational efficiency
- Comfortable managing budgets and operational performance

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
