Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Pharmacy Sales Representative with experience selling into medical practices, wellness clinics, med spas, hormone/men’s health clinics, or similar healthcare settings.
This role is focused on:
- Driving new provider acquisition
- Opening new accounts
- Territory development
- High-touch relationship management
- Consultative selling
You’ll have freedom and autonomy, high earning potential, and a visible role in the growth of a company making major moves in the compounding space.
Responsibilities:
Territory Expansion & Business Development
- Identify high-value targets and convert them into active accounts
- Build pipeline, execute outreach, and drive new business consistently
- Conduct in-person meetings with providers and decision-makers
Consultative Sales & Provider Education
- Position our compounded medications and services as clinical solutions
- Deliver clinical-level communication, product insights, and value messaging
- Act as a trusted partner for providers
Account Management & Retention
- Manage relationships, support ordering habits, and grow prescribing volume
- Own the customer experience inside your territory
- Work closely with pharmacy leadership to drive customer success
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has done this before.
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Bachelors degree
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
- Strong relationship-building, account-management skills, and organizational skills
- Professional presence and confidence meeting with physicians
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle
Preferred:
- B2B sales experience
- Compounding pharmacy, aesthetics, HRT, peptide, men’s health, or med spa sales experience
- Existing book of business or industry contacts
- CRM experience
