About the Role:

As a Restaurant Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining and social experience by expertly preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, recommend drinks, and handle transactions efficiently. This role requires balancing speed and quality while adhering to all safety and alcohol service regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within a restaurant or bar setting.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar equipment operation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol).
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all local and state alcohol service laws.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently, balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor customer behavior to prevent overconsumption and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
