What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hourly Food & Beverage Supervisor Hotel Saint Louis position at Restoration St Louis Inc?
🍽️ Now Hiring: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: F&B Manager
Status: Full-Time | Shift-Based | Weekends & Holidays Included (because brunch waits for no one)
👀 Who We’re Looking For
Are you the kind of person who can:
Keep calm when the espresso machine explodes (figuratively… hopefully)?
Turn “We’re out of limes?!” into a creative cocktail special?
Lead a team with equal parts confidence, charisma, and checklists?
If so, you might be our next Food & Beverage Supervisor — aka the Captain of Cuisine, Commander of Cocktails, Sultan of Service.
🥂 What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
Ensure every guest leaves happier (and fuller) than when they arrived
Keep the service running smoother than a perfectly reduced sauce
Train, coach, and mentor staff like the hospitality hero you are
Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and maximize “wow” moments
Jump in wherever needed — yes, even polishing cutlery
🍔 What You Bring to the Table
2 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership
A natural ability to motivate people (and diffuse awkward table situations)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The stamina of a marathon runner and the patience of a saint
Knowledge of food safety standards (bonus points for certifications!)
A love for hospitality that goes beyond “it’s just a job”
🎉 Why You’ll Love Working Here
Competitive pay tips/bonus potential
Staff meals (because hangry supervisors are scary supervisors)
Career growth opportunities
A fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
A team that works hard, laughs often, and supports each other
đź•’ Schedule
Flexible availability required — including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Yes, Valentine’s Day is busy. Yes, it’s kind of chaos. Yes, it’s fun.)
🚀 Ready to Apply?
If you’re ready to lead with passion, thrive under pressure, and make magic happen one shift at a time, we want to meet you.
Send us your resume and a quick note telling us your favorite food memory (bonus points if it involves a great service story).
Warning: This role may cause excessive pride in perfectly set tables and an irrational attachment to inventory spreadsheets.
