Job Title: AM Cook-Server

Job Summary:
The AM Cook-Server is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items to hotel guests while delivering friendly, efficient customer service. This role combines basic cooking duties with front-of-house service to ensure a welcoming and smooth dining experience during morning hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items in accordance with hotel standards and food safety guidelines
- Set up and maintain the breakfast station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper food presentation
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders (if applicable) and serve food and beverages promptly
- Replenish food items and supplies throughout the breakfast service
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and service areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Working Conditions:
