Travel to properties to handle water and mold damage cleanup and restoration.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Remove damaged materials
- Treat and remediate mold
- Document moisture readings
- Follow safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in various conditions
- Experience in restoration preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus
