WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and help guide them through the restoration and replacement process.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and project needs
- Conducting roof inspections and documenting findings
- Educating customers on available roofing solutions and the restoration process
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal teams
- Following up with customers throughout their project
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes and activity records
- Participating in ongoing sales training and professional development
This is a relationship-focused role where communication, professionalism, and follow-through are essential.
