Our client is a mitigation-first restoration company specializing in fire, water, and mold damage. They are committed to helping homeowners navigate the complexities of insurance claims and restore their homes with care, professionalism, and integrity. Their fire mitigation division is growing, and they are seeking a sales professional to respond immediately after a fire with empathy, professionalism, and urgency. The goal is to create trusted first contacts who secure property, comfort homeowners, and convert opportunities into restoration projects—all while operating within strict compliance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with first responders related to fire scenes.
- Serve as Company’s on-site representative at fire scenes, building trust with homeowners during critical early stages.
- Clearly and empathetically explain the insurance claim and restoration process.
- Secure signed contracts for fire mitigation and contents cleaning services.
- Act as a liaison between the homeowner and Company’s operations team.
- Maintain detailed activity logs and CRM records of all opportunities.
- Achieve revenue goals of approximately $2M in fire mitigation, $1M in fire rebuild, and $1M in contents cleaning annually.
- Represent Company with professionalism, urgency, and empathy at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a first responder; restoration, insurance claims, funeral service is highly preferred.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time in the field, and follow up consistently.
- Must be coachable, driven, and comfortable working in high-stress environments.
- Clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle (until a company vehicle is assigned).
Salary and Benefits
- $60,000 to $80,000 base salary plus commission (Earnings potential $180,000 plus)
