Restoration Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The Restoration Technician will utilize both hand and power tools to perform restoration tasks and ensure that properties are returned to their original condition.

Duties

• Assess damage to properties and determine the appropriate restoration methods.
• Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Conduct mold remediation following industry standards and safety protocols.
• Execute fire restoration tasks, including cleaning soot and smoke damage.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various restoration projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all restoration activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.
• Maintain and upload highly detailed notes and photos for each job on a daily basis.

Skills

• Working in a team environment.

• Ability to drive large trucks and box trucks.
• IICRC WTR Certification within the first year of employment.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Ability to pass random drug / alcohol test

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
