Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 Base Commission Business Allowance

We're looking for a Specialty Services Manager to lead sales growth for commercial HVAC, air duct cleaning, and indoor air quality services across the DFW market.

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow commercial HVAC and air duct cleaning business
- Build relationships with property managers, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and commercial clients
- Perform site visits, job walks, estimating, and proposal presentations
- Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Support Master Service Agreement (MSA) opportunities
- Assist business development teams with technical expertise and estimating support
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Participate in educational presentations, lunch-and-learns, and client training events
- Support internal training and promote specialty service offerings
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical services, specialty services, or commercial B2B sales
- Proven success in business development or account management
- Experience preparing estimates and presenting proposals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with commercial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or government clients
- NADCA, IICRC, or similar industry certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and air duct cleaning
- Experience with cooperative purchasing programs such as TIPS or BuyBoard
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$90,000 base salary
