Requirements
- Water, fire, and mold restoration experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, FSRT, AMRT preferred)
- Experience leading a restoration crew and managing job sites
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Available for rotating on-call, nights, weekends, and emergency response
- Strong communication, customer service, and documentation skills
- Familiar with moisture mapping, drying equipment, demolition, and mitigation procedures
- Ability to follow safety standards and company SOPs

Responsibilities
- Lead technicians on residential and commercial restoration projects
- Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, fire cleanup, and mold remediation
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Complete documentation, photos, and moisture readings
- Communicate with customers, insurance partners, and office staff
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Ensure all work meets company and IICRC standards
