Summary

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate will be tasked with processing all inbound/outbound purchase orders and material deliveries. This includes small domestic supplier deliveries and overseas containers. This individual will be responsible for inspecting and labeling products, processing PO receipts and transfers through the system, and physically moving all inbound materials. This role has a direct impact on inventory accuracy, product quality, and the initiation of our materials workflow. The Associate is responsible for picking and shipping of all brand orders. The position will be responsible for picking and shipping of outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

The Shipping/Receiving Associate is responsible for picking and shipping of all brand orders and outgoing shipments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform basic visual quality inspections of products.

· Pick, pack, and ship product multiple brand orders.

· Gather and consolidate orders ensuring efficient processing times.

· Inform Warehouse team of inventory issues.

· Communicate with Accounting when customer issues arise.

· Process all incoming deliveries to ensure products are received accurately and in a timely manner. This includes system processing and physical handling of materials.

· Participate in efforts to maintain warehouse organization, ensuring that goods are stored in the correct locations and implementing measures to minimize loss or damage

· Manage and maintain receiving documents, including bills of lading and shipment manifests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to reporting requirements.

· Coordinate with other departments, such as the product and supply chain teams, to address vendor PO issues or product quality issues that may arise.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping/receiving required
• High proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with warehouse management software preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• A keen eye for detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Education:

High school diploma required, associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Pay Range: $17- $23 per hour
