Our elite restoration client, in partnership with Restoration Sales Partners, is looking for a motivated Outside Business Development Representative to grow relationships, generate new business, and earn strong commissions in a stable, in-demand industry.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships
- Conduct face-to-face outside sales in your local territory
- Identify and develop new commercial accounts
- Manage leads and activity in the CRM
- Track sales performance and hit growth goals
What We’re Looking For
- Outside sales and B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Existing local commercial relationships (a plus, not required)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$80,000 base salary (DOE) commission
- Paid training (restoration experience not required)
