What are the responsibilities and job description for the Disaster Restoration Manager for Mold, Fire, and Water Damages position at Restoration Operators?

*Must have some experience in residential and/or commercial building restoration industry dealing with, Water, Fire Mitigation & Mold Remediation Company. This is a full-time position in Norwood, Massachusettes with a fast growing restoration company.

Responsibilities and skills needed include but not limited to:
- Must be able to do inspections and sell jobs!.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Must be willing to be on-call
- Certified in Mold Remediation
- Certified in Fire/Soot Mitigation Certified in Water Mitigation
- Knowledge of insurance protocol.
- Knowledge of Xactimate
- Site Reports/Sketching & providing scope of work thoroughly Process Estimates Customer
- Service Professional and positive attitude
- Great organization skills and attention to details
- Must be able to handle multiple jobs a once.
