Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Basic understanding of classroom management and instructional techniques.

- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational support role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in preparing and organizing instructional materials and classroom resources.

Work hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. on weekdays when school is in session. Once a month, the employee may also be called upon to work on field trips on school holidays, winter, spring, and summer breaks, or weekends. One Friday a month, staff will work for a family event.
