THE ROLE
We're looking for an Associate Chiropractor who is, above all, a doctor on a mission. Someone who got into this profession to change lives - and is ready to do that at the highest level inside a practice that's built to support it.
You'll be a primary care provider for our patients - adjusting, educating, and walking families through their healing journey from the first phone call to long-term wellness. You'll own the patient experience from end to end. In this role, you'll hold significant clinical influence, drive real patient outcomes, and contribute to a mission far greater than a daily schedule.
This is a long-term seat for the right doctor. We're not hiring a placeholder. We're hiring someone who wants to grow with us - clinically, financially, and as a leader.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Specific, principled chiropractic care for a high volume of patients - including children, pregnant moms, and entire families
- The full patient onboarding experience - first impressions, consultations, X-ray review, and care recommendations delivered with white-glove excellence
- Patient education that helps people understand their health in a way no one ever has before
- Care conversations that lead families with clarity and conviction
- Patient retention and referrals - the families you serve become the families who send their own
- Marketing and community engagement - workshops, screening events, and in-office referral generation
- Ownership of your key performance indicators - you'll know your numbers and you'll work to grow them
