About us
We are a new, full service dermatology practice headed by Dr. Vineet Mishra, a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs surgeon, with over ten years of experience. The wellbeing and happiness of our staff and patients is our top priority.
We are looking to expand our services and clientele with the right person.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Check in new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff members
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist in administrative support tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
Skills:
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting
- EMA proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and tact
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
