Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Restoration Clinic is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in Decatur, Tennessee.

Primary responsibilities
- Welcome patients and prepare them for their appointments
- Escort patients to examination rooms and obtain vital signs
- Record patient information accurately in the medical record
- Assist providers, nurses, and medical assistants with patient care
- Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms
- Assist with specimen collection and processing within the employee’s training and permitted scope of practice
- Follow infection-control, safety, and patient-confidentiality procedures
- Monitor and restock clinical supplies
- Respond compassionately and professionally to patient needs
- Communicate concerns or changes in a patient’s condition to the appropriate clinical team member
- Help maintain an efficient, organized clinical environment
- Perform other appropriate patient-care duties as assigned
Required qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA certification in good standing
- Dependable attendance and professional conduct
- Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a busy healthcare environment
- Ability to work respectfully within a Christian, faith-based workplace
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a primary care clinic or medical office
- Current CPR or Basic Life Support certification
- Experience obtaining and documenting vital signs
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Experience assisting with specimen collection or other outpatient clinical procedures

Schedule
The clinic’s regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional scheduled Saturday availability may be requested.
