Restoration Chiropractic is a growing, neurologically based, family-focused chiropractic office in Owasso. Our mission is to help people heal the way God designed them to while creating an environment where people feel known and genuinely cared for.

We're looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant to become the next long-term member of our team.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on, patient-facing role, not a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position.

You'll help:

• Welcome patients and families and answer phones
• Give new patient tours and guide them through their first visit
• Assist with new patient consultations and exams
• Perform neurological scans and assessments
• Take chiropractic postural X-rays
• Assist with re-exams and progress assessments
• Educate patients and help coordinate their care
• Keep patient flow organized and the office running smoothly
• Jump in wherever the team needs you, which may occasionally include entertaining a kiddo or snuggling a baby while mom or dad gets adjusted

No chiropractic or medical experience is required. We'll train you in our systems, technology, X-rays, scans, and approach to patient care.

We can teach you chiropractic. We can't teach you to love people, bring great energy, work hard, or care about doing a great job.

Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM–1:30 PM
Friday–Sunday: Off most weeks

We occasionally participate in paid weekend community events throughout the year, which are scheduled in advance. These events typically include additional bonus opportunities on top of regular pay.

Team travel is approximately two times per year for seminars, training, and team development.
