ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Water Restoration Team based in Tacoma, WA.
Pay Range: $21.10 - $25.00/hour Schedule: Set 4-10 schedule with opportunity for OT and after hours on-call rotation

What you'll do as a Water Restoration Technician:
- Clean structures due to damage from water damage event
- Extract water from water affected structures
- Demolishing water affected materials
- Monitor equipment throughout drying process
- Restore Peace of Mind for our customers

What we ask of Water Restoration Technicians:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.
- Desire to be a strong part of a team to help reach daily production goals
- Must have valid drivers license and clean record.
- Be willing to work in crawl spaces and attics
- Must report to work at our warehouse in Tacoma
The Water Restoration Technician must be someone who:
- Has a strong desire to be part of a team to help reach daily production goals
- Exhibits a critical thinking aptitude
- Pays sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrates the ability to lead
Preferred but not required qualifications:
- Construction experience
- IICRC certifications
- Industry experience such as water/restoration experience
