We are looking for an Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs on residential and commercial properties. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
Our technicians are IICRC certified with a high level of professionalism and expertise. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate who fits our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and project manager instructions,
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project,
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment,
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities,
- Lift, install, and monitor drying equipment,
- Perform cleaning and demolition activities in accordance with industry standards;
- Leave job site with a neat and orderly appearance,
- Clean, inventory, maintain and repair equipment,
- Communicate well and show respect for customer, project manager and other technicians.
Qualifications:
- IICRC Certification (employer will provide required training and certifications)
- Experience in maintenance/cleaning/restoration a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance,
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics),
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time,
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects,
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals,
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
Salary : $19 - $25
