Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to help others. You’ll work hands-on in residential and commercial environments to mitigate and restore properties impacted by water, fire, mold, and other damages.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction, demolition, drying and dehumidification tasks
- Set up and monitor restoration equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup, as well as mold remediation
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and equipment
- Complete detailed documentation of work performed (training provided)
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability for on-call shifts, including some evenings and weekends
- Previous restoration experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
