We’re growing fast and looking for motivated Project Managers to join our reconstruction team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction or renovation experience who’s ready to step into a larger opportunity managing insurance-related projects.
You don’t need deep insurance experience — we’ll train you. What matters most is your ability to run jobs, manage people, and keep projects moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multiple residential and light commercial reconstruction projects
- Oversee jobs from start to finish (scope, schedule, execution, completion)
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Communicate with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the project
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Handle change orders and job updates as needed
- Work with our internal team on estimates and insurance-related documentation (training provided)
- Maintain organized job files, photos, and documentation
Requirements
Who This Role Is Perfect For
- Project Managers, Assistant PMs, or Foremen ready to level up
- Candidates with residential construction, renovation, or remodeling experience
- Someone who has managed multiple jobs at once (ideally 8–12 )
- Individuals who are organized, proactive, and take ownership of their work
- People who are comfortable dealing with customers and problem-solving in real time
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience with insurance reconstruction or restoration
- Familiarity with platforms like Xactimate or Symbility
- Exposure to TPA programs (Alacrity, Contractor Connection, etc.)
- Experience working with insurance adjusters

Requirements
- 2 years of construction, renovation, or project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
