Med Spa Front Desk Coordinator (Client Concierge)

RESTOR Medical Spa is seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator (Client Concierge) to join our growing aesthetic practice.

This position is primarily based in our Central Park location and requires scheduled shifts at our Greenwood Village location as needed. Reliable transportation is required.

This is not a typical receptionist role. This position blends medical front desk coordination, patient scheduling, white glove customer service, and client education in a fast-paced, luxury med spa environment.

Evening and Saturday availability required

Compensation:
$21–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide white glove customer service to every client interaction
• Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
• Answer a high-volume phone line with polished phone etiquette
• Utilize Zenoti or similar EMR/EHR software to manage patient records
• Educate clients on Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and medical-grade skincare
• Support membership conversations and retail product recommendations
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Ensure reception area remains organized, stocked, and polished
• Support light inventory restocking and daily clinic upkeep

Preferred Experience

• 2 years as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, Med Spa Receptionist, or luxury hospitality professional
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or medical spa preferred
• Strong multitasking ability in a busy clinic environment
• Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing elective cosmetic treatments and skincare
