What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Water Damage Technician position at RestoPros?

Only apply if you are ready to lead your own water mitigation jobs while providing excellent customer service. Monthly Bonus for Project Managers is $500-$900
IICRC certs are a plus, but not required.
DO NOT APPLY unless you have AT LEAST 1 year of experience leading a helper/tech and you are ready to lead jobs, talk to customers, set moisture points, solve problems, conduct assessments, etc.
DO NOT APPLY if you are uncomfortable working in a crawlspace, lifting heavy objects throughout the day, or cleaning up sewage/dirty conditions.

Responsibilities
- Assist with or lead restoration projects for Water, Fire, Mold, Smoke, Storm Damage jobs throughout the Triad
- Must be comfortable doing dirty, physically challenging work in many environments
- Communicate effectively with teammates and customers
- Operate with limited supervision and GET S*** DONE
