Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, conducting customer training on services, and assisting with strategic sales management. Key duties will also include identifying customer needs, providing top-tier customer service, and driving sales growth within the company’s service areas.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns.
• Proven experience in Sales, including generating leads, closing deals, and achieving targets.
• Ability to provide support to customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Expertise in Sales Management, including developing and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective client and task prioritization.
• Problem-solving abilities to provide effective and innovative solutions for customers in emergency restoration scenarios.
• Experience in the emergency restoration or related industry is a plus but not required
